Shortly after starting his career in the financial services industry, Jack Bruscianelli was approached by lifelong friend Danny Martin. Danny had just started his heating and cooling business out of his condo in Crystal Lake, Illinois but needed more capital.

Danny initial began discussions with a third party who offered $1,000 a month for 50% of Danny’s business. Unenthusiastic about the terms, Danny reached out to Jack for advice and counsel. The review of the deal was short and the response to the third party a resounding go $*@% yourself.

Jack agreed to provide the capital Danny needed for 10% of his company along with lifelong complimentary heating and cooling services for his home. Thus, Brumar was born.

Danny went on to grow his business by expanding in customers, locations, and employees. In the early 2000’s he went as far to build one of the first e-commerce websites to facilitate the purchase of commercial HVAC equipment.

Jack understands the power of being an active investor. He reinvested his 10% back into the company to fuel a long-term vision for a successful exit. By providing financial, operational, and professional guidance, he was able to turn his initial $6,000 investment into $1 Million acquisition.

Jack took Brumar and expanded it’s portfolio over the years. Since its inception, BRUMAR has been revolutionizing businesses across various industries including Real Estate, Service Industries, Automotive, and even the Music business.
